Make the work visible before explaining it

A strong impression can be real and still have several possible causes. Start with one event, one action and one visible effect.

Three useful questions

What happened?

Choose one task, process, decision or recurring responsibility from the past 60 days.

What did you do?

Describe an observable action without names, health details or a conflict narrative.

What changed?

Look for a visible effect in quality, risk, clarity, speed, collaboration, learning or energy.

Then examine the context

Ask what supports or challenges the first explanation. Keep legitimate constraints and your own possible adaptations visible. The scan does not decide who is right or what should happen next.
