Public information site

The exact public pages use reviewed, cookie-free AWS CloudWatch RUM for traffic, performance, JavaScript-error and HTTP diagnostics. Technical records can include IP address, browser, page, timestamp, error status and security signals. No custom events, session replay, cookies or private-tool analytics are used.

Interest registration and account access

If you register interest, the service processes your email address, versioned boundary confirmation, request state and minimal technical security records. Access is manually reviewed. Cognito processes account identity and temporary sign-in codes. Application-expiry targets are 24 hours for pending verification, 30 days for verified interest and 90 days for inactive records; DynamoDB deletion is asynchronous and recovery may remain possible during the configured seven-day point-in-time recovery window.

Private tool

Completed answers, free work text, calculated dimension summaries, possible work questions, proposals and .hbaw files remain browser-local. They are never AWS beta-backend records. Browser storage is unencrypted; memory mode clears input on reload or close. Files that you download or PDFs you save are outside browser storage and must be managed by you.
