What happens in brief?

• Your answers in the public list of traits and your answers or work samples in the personal tool will not be sent to HoogbegaafdAtWork or AWS.
• The public website uses technical analysis without cookies; the personal tool does not use analytics.
• The interest form processes your email address and four short confirmations.
• We do not ask for name, employer, scan content or work history.
• You choose whether you keep answers on your device and when you delete them.

The intended data controller for interest, access and minimal beta administration is Fieldmark B.V., trading as HoogbegaafdAtWork, Chamber of Commerce 42087554, location number 000065916581, De Ackeren 24, 9363 HD Marum, Netherlands.

The product owner has approved this participant information and the remaining risks without independent legal or privacy review. You can register your interest. Access only follows manual review and a personal invitation; this information in itself does not grant access.

What happens to your self-scan?

The personal tool processes your answers in the active browser window. If you choose to keep them, they will remain in the browser profile on that device. They are not sent to a HoogbegaafdAtWork account service or server.

Logging out or deleting a remote account does not automatically erase a local copy. That's why the tool offers a separate erase button. Also check files or backups that you have downloaded yourself.

Do not use a shared browser profile for sensitive private reflection. Do not enter co-worker names, medical information, IQ scores, HR-record information, or extensive conflict and legal details.

What happens if you register your interest?

The form only processes your email address, the time of registration, the version of this privacy information and your confirmation that you understand the usage limits. You will then receive a six-digit code that is valid for 24 hours.

We do not ask for your name, employer, scan answers, work examples or free text via this form. A confirmed email address does not automatically grant access; a personal invitation remains a separate step.

What technical data does the public site process?

HoogbegaafdAtWork uses AWS for hosting, security, access, and technical safeguards. Data such as your IP address, browser type, page visited, time, error status and security signals may be processed. Where the service supports this, eu-central-1 is the primary region.

Form contents, confirmation codes, and access tokens do not belong in technical logs. The intended retention period for these logs is 30 days; they are only used for delivery, error investigation and security.

How does the technical site analysis work?

On the public information pages, HoogbegaafdAtWork uses CloudWatch Real User Monitoring (RUM) to understand load times, availability and technical errors. The visited page path, browser and device type, broad location category, loading times and technical error data are processed.

Email addresses, form content, confirmation codes, scan responses and work text are not included in this analysis. No user or session cookies are placed. Session replay, heat maps, ad tracking and analytics in the personal tool are turned off. AWS stores these technical events for 30 days.

An active Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track setting is respected. You can also disable analysis for subsequent visits in this browser below. Technical data previously received will therefore not be deleted retroactively.

How long is data kept?

The following retention periods apply to interest, access and technical data:

• Unconfirmed interest registrations and codes are no longer used after 24 hours.
• A confirmed interest request is no longer used 30 days after confirmation.
• A recorded beta acknowledgement is no longer used 90 days after acceptance.
• A Cognito account is blocked or deleted manually; no automatic end date is currently implemented.
• Technical logs and events are generally retained for 30 days.

These terms concern normal use of the data. A deleted copy can remain in separately secured recovery facilities for up to seven days. The removal and recovery procedure were tested with synthetic data before activation.

Your scan content is not covered by these server time limits because HoogbegaafdAtWork does not receive that content. You delete it yourself in the browser you use and in any downloaded files or backups.

How do you contact us?

These mailboxes are available for general questions and security notifications. Do not include scan contents, medical information, HR data or other sensitive details. This is not yet a formal route for privacy rights or personal support.

Status of this information

You can register your interest; access and new invitations only follow manual review. The product owner has approved the legal basis, processors and transfers, the formal route for privacy rights, and this information itself, while accepting that this is not an independent legal or privacy assessment. The mailboxes above do not replace the interest form.

Optional report emails

An invited participant can give separate consent and then start three reflection emails on the completed report page. Only then do we temporarily store the bounded textual report summary to email it after 3, 10 and 30 days with a reflection question. Raw answers, free text, work examples, proposals and files are not stored. Stopping ends only these emails and deletes the report summary; the account remains active. Content is deleted within 38 days and status metadata within 90 days.
