Use the tool to prepare questions, not decisions about people
HoogbegaafdAtWork supports private reflection on person, role and context. It does not establish why a problem exists or what someone should receive.
Not intended for
- IQ testing, diagnosis, psychological or psychometric assessment.
- Proving giftedness, talent ranking or a high-potential decision.
- Selection, performance assessment, promotion, discipline, absence or dismissal decisions.
- Medical, occupational-health, disability, legal or entitlement decisions.
- Automated HR recommendations or employer access to private answers.
Use carefully
Keep names, health details, HR files, legal information, organisation secrets and recognisable conflict details out of the tool. If health, immediate danger, serious conflict, HR, legal or occupational-health issues are central, pause the ordinary route and use an appropriate independent or formal route.
