Giftedness at work is not one fixed pattern

Fast learning, complex thinking, sensitivity to quality or a strong need for autonomy can matter at work. They do not explain every problem and do not say what someone is capable of.

Begin with one concrete work moment

Look at what the work required, what happened, what effect became visible and which other explanations remain possible. This keeps the conversation about person, role and context rather than proving a label.

When work fits

Complexity, autonomy, learning, quality, substantive challenge and recovery can reinforce sustainable contribution.

When work gets stuck

Task mix, decision rights, unclear ownership, meeting load or limited recovery can all matter.

What the scan does

It organises self-reported observations into questions. It creates no total score, profile, diagnosis or recommendation.

Keep alternative explanations open

Workload, a changing role, communication, relationships, health, business constraints, experience and ordinary job requirements can produce similar patterns. Health, conflict, HR, legal and occupational-health questions require their own appropriate route.
